Amazing service, great bang for buck, honest, reliable and fast! During the Thanksgiving holiday, my family and I were visiting friends on Long Boat Key for the weekend. On the way back from breakfast one morning our 2004 Subaru lost the main serpentine belt on the front of the engine which controls the power steering, alternator and AC. I drove the car the 5 miles back to the condo and the searched the internet. Car Care Connection came up with great reviews and when I called the first time Shawn answered and he gave me a great sense of confidence in the shop's abilities. He recommended a towing company which ended up charging me the lower end of the range they quoted on the phone. Two hours after the shop opened on the next business day, I received a call from Tom the owner who told me had some good news for me. He explained the problem and told how he had remedied it. Most shops would have sold me additional parts but Tom prides himself on just doing what is needed.

Wow! I have found a Honest, Thorough, Fast Car Repair! My car didn't start on Sunday. Anthony from AAA came & tested it, said starter needed replacing. He recommended the team at Car Care Connection in the Gulf Gate area. A said his family had been going to Tom & crew for years. I am glad i took A's advice! I contacted CCC Sun pm, by Mon at 7am i had both a text & mail from Tom, they could take the car Mon am. A said i could buy my own parts, or buy parts from CCC. I used a coupon at Advanced Auto Parts for a starter & went to CCC. Being a gal w/ no hubbies or bros to consult, CCC could have really taken advantage. Office mngr Shaun greeted & truly listened to me, Stuart checked it, said it was a loose cable connection at starter end, tightened it up, no fee. My exhaust system brackets had broke, Mike fixed them for less than $11. I asked re: brake pads & spark plugs, becuz i will need them soon. Quote was 25% less than guy i've used for 10 yrs. Car Care Connection Inc. fixed my cadillac using my Fidelity aftermarket warranty while i waited . I was so impressed with the service that i will be refering Car Care Connection to all ! I read the reviews on line and questioned the owner about them and he wishes all could see that this auto repair facility does not sell warranties , just fixes vehicles. Tom also showed me his BBB A+ award and wished Frank P. would write for all to see that Tom fixed his vehicle and he was totally satisfied ! Thank You Car Care Connection !
