As a business owner in Gulf Gate, i pride myself in supporting the other local businesses. So, i decided to switch dry cleaners. I dropped off several garments to this establishment a few weeks ago and picked up today. When picking up I was told that one of the garments was dropped off with holes. This was a brand new shirt that was purchased and then taken to the cleaners before it was even worn. I explained this to the owner and a few staff members, and all they could say was "I don't know what to tell you." I offered to pay for the other garments, but when they didn't accept debit cards and I didn't have cash the owner told me to just take my items - I said I would happily pay for the work he did, but he said just go ahead, no problem. At this point I was feeling ok about the establishment and would not be writing this review. Here's the kicker. As I was pulling out his 2 female employees were staring me down from inside their work area, and one pointed at me and said "you're a B****". I couldn't believe what happened! I honked and pulled away. I will never use them again, and as a business owner in Gulf gate will not be supporting them or endorsing them in the future.
