I love both the food and the ambience in this restaurant. Always an enjoyable experience. Waiters could be a touch friendlier.

The Linguini and white clam sauce is the best in Sarasota. Whole clams mixed with chopped fresh clams, extra garlic, as always requested. The chicken parm is out of this world. The fish is always fresh and their abundance of sauces are delicious. The menu is intensive. We eat there 3 times a month.

Forgetable,overpriced, rude management and bartenders

Barnacle Bills has 2 locations both FABULOUS the one downtown is a little more cozy but both nice and the food is to die for! The seafood chowder is the best I have had and the crab and lobster Chimichanga OMG it is mouth watering. If you want a seafood place that has fresh off the boat seafood this is it. and they have great steaks as well. all you can eat on Wednsday. a must go!

Besides the obvious illegal action, the service was extremely poor. When calling to talk to a manager was told HE wasn't in. The next time I called a woman claimed she was the manager until she heard the problem. This place is not concerned with customer service.
