Extremely disappointed in Teresa. I fell in love with a kitten and was promised to get her two days later in the morning at PetCo. When I arrived, Teresa was no where to be found and neither was my kitten. After waiting 15 minutes over the meeting time, I called her. She the proceeded to tell me that she had already adopted my kitten out the previous day and that this person called her before me. IF a person had called before me, then WHY did she make an arrangement with me to pick up the kitten? After I mentioned this, she then proceeded to tell me that "whoops, she forgot". I am extremely disappointed for her "forgetting" and her very bad service. I will never mention her or this rescue to anyone and will adopt my animals elsewhere.
