If you have an opportunity to patronize this company do so with the understanding that you are among the ignorant underclass. The shop personnel : who have apparently "been doing this for 49 years" seem to have been afflicted with an ailment that makes the holes in their ears really small or non existent . Although seemingly knowledgeable at their jobs don't seem to be able to listen or comprehend anything that does not align with their preconceived notions or experiences. So my advice is to speak slowly and clearly and insist that they respond to your statements with something cognitive.
The business owner was very polite and accommodating. He is well spoken and
understands that customers are the heart of profit. I won't be back , even though
they "have been doing this for 49 years". Thanks for your time.

When I had trouble operating the lift, I gave them a call and they gave me step by step directions and even offered to come to the jobsite. Great service.

I had taken my broken generator to two other places, finally got to American Pride and was repaired the same day! Friendly staff made sure I was well taken care of, highly recommend going there.

Always helpful to their customers! I love that they actually service and repair the equipment in-house and have a ton of parts available too.

If you want a company that calls it's customer certain racial slangs along with some other choice words thenot by all means go there. If it were me I'd run and never go back again.
