I purchased their roller screen product through a third party vendor. First the product had to be sent back to Sarasota because of poor workmanship. Next, I realized they installed the wrong screen hole diameter which I wanted to keep out our infamous no-seeums. The third party vendor said he ordered me a replacement and then he dropped off the face of the earth. Wes at Alutech was involved in this mess from the start and said he would look into it and get back to me. He never had the courtesy to return any of my correspondance. Don't deal with these guys. They don't stand behind their product and their customer service is non-existent. I have emails that support everything I said.
