He was very understanding and supportive during the lawsuit I had with my neighbor regarding our legal rights to an easement to access my property. The neighbor and his attorney where very nasty and unethical (I had another attorney who couldn't deal with them any longer) but Mr Byrne remained focused and stayed with me until the end where we finally mediated an acceptable resolution.
