Be careful when you call after hours. There are multiple options for next day, immediate, & urgent message delivery, the latter two explained none too clearly. Although he touts his Best in Service Award (no idea what year that was), owner Dale does not take kindly to being disturbed at 10:30p. My father is a client & his impression is that it is hard for them to find good help. I will more than concur with that & simply say that my father is a gracious man.
