I sent a birthday package to my son to his post office box. He received the notice that his package was to large to place in his box, however, the note arrived a day earlier then what the tracking notice indicated, which was strange. My son went the following day and he was informed that the package had already been picked up. What is not clear, is how they were able to pick up a package without the notice, true ID. Being Memorial weekend we are forced to wait until Tuesday, when regular business hours are in effect. Is this carelessness on their part, why didn't they check for a notice or was this notice also given to another person with the same name. They obviously did not check I D and the box number. I hope they find a remedy for this error and they are able to compensate for my son's package which is still lost after 5 days, from original date of delivery, according to the post office. Does any body have to wonder why USPS is losing business????

This place is amazing - they do everything, even passport photos and computer rental. You name it they probably do it - nice employees, very helpful. I love the parking - I can get so much done in one stop. Thanks Post Tel!!

The staff is always professional and helpful. I never have to worry about my shipping needs as Posttel has all the needed supplies I am looking for. I love that fact that this is a one stop center. If you need copies, passport pictures, notary services, PO Boxes, stamps, or packaging, and also provides excellent customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
