The Santa Barbara County Animal Services facility in Santa Maria is first rate. They not only have a compassionate staff, they keep the facility in great shape. I've been over there a number of times due to some rescue work that I do and they never fail to treat me and the animals with respect and courtesy.



The staff keeps the place tidy and clean. It never seems dirty or otherwise unkempt.
