I was very disappointed and will not be using this company again. I scheduled delivery and set up for noon as my son's birthday party started at 2. We were very excited. The night before, I got a text at 9:45 telling me they had to deliver it a little early. By a little, they meant 4 HOURS! I was upset as the party was at a relatives home.

The next morning, I get told they are now running late and would be there between 8:30 and 9. I get up and get dressed, stopped by the bank to take the money out and head that way. They call me and tell me that I need to get there soon because they have to be somewhere soon! I get there, pay them, and set up the time for pick up at 6.

We enjoy the party and use it even with the rain. At 4:48 I get a call saying they are in the neighborhood and was wondering if they could stop by and pick up the moonwalk.

I am so upset at this company's lack of professionalism and customer service. Do not schedule times if you are just going to deliver and pick up when you feel like it! I don't suggest you use this company if you have a set time for events.
