We visited Vacuums & More (now on Cerrillos Rd) with our vacuum that was not working properly. We had the best service and help from the extremely knowledgable and very helpful man working there. He spent the time to give us all the information we needed to decide what to do (we ended up buying a new machine.) It was a real pleasure to have someone who was very experienced spend the time to help us decide which direction we wanted to go. Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a new vacuum.

This Guy is a little off. In my shop the customer is treated with respect not psychoanalyzed by a self absorbed narcissist. Waited too long on the phone when a simple "I'm with a customer can I call you back with my new address would have sufficed. 40 minutes later after driving all the way out to old address when I did manage to get an actual address I was chastised for being in a rush which apparently "will kill me". Miele bags are much cheaper on the internet and my computer isn't seriously annoying!
