I used to bring my animals (whom are most important to me) to Smith vet but after my most recent experience at this clinic I will never return. I was treated with complete disregard for my feelings and the staff was more unprofessional and rude than anywhere else I have been; all this after I have spent thousands of dollars at the clinic. Because of the way I was treated by the staff at Smith vet, I no longer trust them with my animals' health or well-being. There are plenty of other vet clinics who will treat you with respect and appreciate your business; Smith vet is not one of them.

Like the other reviewer, everytime I took our dog in it was costing me $800 - $1000! They could never pinpoint the problem with our dog...it was alway more tests and waiting to have a "specialist" look at him. Still, no solution. It is quite the operation of getting as many animals in and charging outrageous fees. Dr. Smith took care of our dogs when I was growing up and it was much different. He remembered our dogs, their names, and their ailments. The staff was friendly and compassionate. Such is not the case today.

I spent over $1000.00 for surgery on my cat to have dental work done. They did not remove all the teeth that were defective. Another surgery will be needed. I guess another $1000.00 dollars. Each time I came to the office it was a deer in the headlights look as to who I was. They never could locate my file. They kept asking me if I wanted to see the same vet as before. Of course I did. This isn't Super Cuts, it's my pet's health. This place is like a Wendy's. Crank 'em in and crank' em out. The original Dr Smith may have been a good vet. He's surely turning over in his grave with what's being done in his good name. Go somewhere else if you can.
