I have never in my life bothered to write a review of a company. However, this experience has left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I must warn the next consumer. I rented their kiln to fire two large clay pieces. The current manager picked one up and placed it inside. I heard the bottom crack. He said " i dropped it". There were twenty uneven pieces he was unable to reglue. He fired it and afterwards there was an area of 2"x6" missing, he said it pulverized. He charged me for the job, told me to take it home and glue it with JB Well, which turned out to be ineffective. He now denies any responsibility for any of it. He also admitted he hates doing retail. If you are a happy good lucky person like I am, you might get taken advantage of by a stressed out staff that has no customer service training. Find a kiln some place else, keep your money in your pocket and bring your good attitude to people and a companies who deserve your smile.
