We have proudly provided our specialty to the Northern New Mexico business community since 1985. We started as a very small company concentrating on customers in Santa Fe and its surrounding areas. Today, we are a much larger company with offices located in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Los Alamos, New Mexico. The Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations are fully staffed with showrooms ready for demonstrations of some of the equipment we offer. Because we have two offices in New Mexico, we are able to quickly and efficiently provide support to all our customers. Most on-site visits occur within 4 hours! RMBS, not too happy with their service

We have a 4 yr contract with them for an imageRunner machine. They are all sweetness and light before the sale but it is very difficult to service afterwards. I have continuing problems with booklet printing, incorrect text colors (a weird problem), correctly centered printing, etc. Some of these things are print driver problems, others are unknown. The service on the machine itself, when it breaks down, is good. I have reported my problems to both the service tech and the sales staff and have gotten exactly NO response to the problems.So I could not recommend this company. Get someone who is "hungrier" and will work FOR you.
