He has extensive experience  representing both buyers and builders throughout the entire custom home building process, including lot selection, design, siting, permitting, construction, and financing.  Kris has sold everything from ranches 200 miles outside of Santa Fe to historically significant adobes in the heart of the Eastside.  Over the years he has amassed hundreds of sales in the Eldorado,  Highway 285, and Old Las Vegas Highway areas.
