Expert service and comfortable waiting room

I was traveling cross country in a nightmarish heat wave when my Honda's A/C went out. I chose Expert Auto Repair because they specialize in Hondas and were close to my hotel. I never expected the good folks there to go so far above and beyond for me.



Of course the mechanics had no idea what was wrong before running diagnostics. So to cover all possibilities they ordered every part imaginable and returned the ones they didn't use. They drove me back to my hotel & picked me up when it was ready. The work was perfect and cost half of what I was expecting.

Only used them once and my gut says they are honest folks, and probably fine for most repairs, but took a Saab in which I told them specifically what the trouble was(electronics). they tried to fix but do not have the proper diagnostic equipment and in addition broke my speedometer, which worked fine before I went in and told them and they said they had nothing to do with it, which I find impossible to believe. So I spent about $100 for nothing but having my car in worse shape than when it went in. For more sophisticated Saab problems suggest you go elsewhere.
