My warranty was expired, so I had them check out my car to make sure everything was okay. Thankful I did because my right rear axle was completely a mess. Thanks for doing a great job!

After dealing with Honda repair, and Toyota repair through the dealerships, and having to wait forever to get an appt, RPM was a godsend. The guy that works at RPM, his name is Trini, is exceptional. He got us in right away, and since it was a quick fix we needed, he did it while we waited. Now I bring my car to him for oil changes, etc, and he always works with us to fit our schedules.



Since we started using RPM we have recommended several people to him. One of my friends had come to RPM with her car just barely chugging along, and there were a bunch of things that needed to be done to it. Trini thought some things needed to be replaced, but couldn't be sure which was causing the problem. I have had that happen in the past and usually if it isn't the thing they think it is you are still stuck paying the bill! Trini said that if it wasn't the part that was causing the trouble, that he would change the second part, only for the cost of the second part. That way you didn't pay for labor on something that wasn't really the problem. That was amazing! Although, it turned out that the part WAS the part causing the trouble, he's just that good:)



I highly recommend Trini at RPM auto. Now I have been going to him for over 3 years, and he has always done excellent work. He takes pride in his work, and it shows:)
