I took my iMac in on a Saturday afternoon. Click-Away performed all work and services under Apple Care and I was charged zero. That's how a warranty is supposed to work. No up-selling or fishing for billable time. The iMac was ready for pickup with a brand new hard drive installed Wednesday morning. I was supposed to go home to do a system restore from my Time Capsule backup because that's not covered by the Apple warranty but I asked ClickAway if they could do it for me for their small fee. They did it on the spot. Customer service was fantastic. The team was very pleasant and lacked that annoying arrogance that you sometimes get when dealing with tech support. Lawrence who worked on the equipment was knowledgeable and genuinely focused on me having a good experience. I like that and will certainly be taking all my future Apple business to this location. It's great when your local folks are this good at what they do.

These guys really surprised me! I had a defective MacBook Pro from work to repair due to a defective screen. The two Apple service centers in Santa Cruz were Click Away and Dave's Computers, and because of the significantly higher reviews for Click Away, I went there.



I took the machine in last Friday, not expecting the machine until the end of the week. This morning BEFORE NOON, Lawrence is calling saying my machine is repaired and ready for pick up... it wasn't even a full business day's wait.



Needless to say, I'm a fan and intend to take my company's Macs there for service going forward.

I brought my Macbook in once 6 months ago and was extremely satisfied with the work they did. The service was great, everyone was very nice, and they were able to get it fixed under warranty very quickly. I just took my dad's Toshiba in, and they did a great job again.
