Simply the BEST! Beautiful arrangements and great service, they have never let me down. If you want a sleazy bouquet go to WalMart but if you are in need of beautiful flowers go to Charmaine's!

i had an emergency and had to send flowers to someone for a special occasion. i called charmaine's because it was the closest flower shop to the location i wanted them send. over the phone the lady on the other line was extremely friendly, i asked how i wanted them done and i her suggestions seem perfect. i asked for showy and i was charged for a dozen roses. my total came out to a large but reasonable amount, with the image i was expecting. when i got a picture of the bouquet of flowers it was definetly not as we discussed over the phone. it was not showy at all, and they only added 5 roses to the 12 they charged me. i gave them a call back and they told me they would return the flower arrangement and fix it up to something better. after a couple of minutes i got a call from the owner of the flower shop and she asked me what she could do for me. i told her to just make it simple and i would rather sent her a different arrangement. i paid 42$ or so more and she added the rest, when i got the picture of the second flowers they were stunning. everyone adored them, the flowers smelled incredible, looked fresh and beautiful, and she was extremely happy. they worked with my problem very well. they had great customer service and the owner is lovely. i look forward to working with her. i send flowers to everyone.
