American West was great! They responded right away on Saturday morning. The technician arrived on time and assessed the problem I was having with my dryer. His process was open, transparent and professional. He had brand new thermostat on his truck and fixed my dryer very fast. I would most certainly call on them again.

I called this company because my washer was making loud, weird sound. I called American West Appliance and they said someone would be out before 1 pm. The repair man arrived at 12 pm and was done by 12.45. He said it was agitator gears and had the parts on hist truck. He was knowledgeable, efficient and got the job done.

Given a window 10-12, the tech showed at 10.50am. He diagnosed the problem immediately, coils, replaced them right away and the cost of repair was reasonable.
