This place has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was given a 100$ gift card from my parents for Christmas. I went in to use it during one of their penny sales. The girl at the counter told me that the card was not workings after running it twice. She then told me I would have to bring the receipt back so they could figure it out. I brought the receipt back and for 30 minutes the manager was jerking me around trying to explain how the card is showing no money on it and I would have to call corporate. The manager had no idea what the hell he was talking about since after the original girl who was helping me figured out she was running the card the wrong way and said she was sorry it was her faults. The manager never checked to see if the card was processed right and allowed me, the costumer to be jerked around for well over an hour of my day when he was to lazy to check if the new girl was running the card correctly in the first place which would have taken care of the problem in the first place.



I would rate this place even lower if it were possible.
