I used to love this place, where I would go put shopping it would be the first place I'd go to , until one day I came to get a skirt for a job interview 2 days after, I was in a rush so I didn't get to try it on, when I got Gome layer that day I tried it on and noticed it was too long and the zipper would get stuck so I returned to the store the following afternoon to see if I can exchange it, at first she told me it wouldn't be a problem so I went go look,around to see if I can find anything else, mean while a girl, whom I don't know her name but was very thin ,hispanic female with had color eyes came up to me in the middle of the store and tells me she can't exchange it after all,because I didn't bring the price tag back!don't you think she should be told me that in the first place?, she then followed by asking me of I worn it already I had told her I just tried it on the day before and it has been in the plastic bag i had when i purchased the item ever since then, and she stated "well, it smells worn " the first thing that came to my mind was "who hired you" she was very rude and with no customer service experience once so ever. I will not be coming back to cozy fox ever again. That girl is a disgrace to the store.and she ruined my positive experience at the store. What a shame, hire better people.
