They list a local SB phone number to the apple store, yet it is an automated number and it's hard to talk to someone. When you do, it's not in the SB store. And you have to wait a long time! Customer service lacks good communication. It's an oxymoron, don't you think? I have been a diehard apple fan. I will be rethinking this.

I have spent well over an hour in trying to make an appointment at the Genius Bar. Web site appears to prohibit this. Phone call results in excessive hold times. Prior to today I was most impressed with Apple. My opinion is changing.
