Really great advice and the staff seems to be very knowledgeable about all their products! Whenever we shop here, the experience is always great.

I traveled from Oceanside so it was my first time inside the store. They have a great inventory of camera merchandise and their customer service was fantastic.

Alesia, the salesperson who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a new point and shoot for my daughter and Alesia helped me figure out the perfect one to get her. The customer service was top notch and I'll definitely be back.

I have to say I am very happy with the customer service given here at Samy's Camera. The staff are well knowledge and all so very friendly. This will not be my last time coming here. Thanks

Justin has been remarkable in his care and patients in trying to get Nikon to solve my camera malfunctioning problems. My camera is still under warranty and I have had to return to Sammy's three time with problems. I am not happy with Nikon, but Justin has been terrific!

Someone explain to me why this place does not have a better rating. We went in on one of the busiest shopping days of the year and the line was long and everyone that worked there was patient and polite. I told the salesperson what I wanted, I was given options, the prices were fair...and wait a minute...did I mention that there are salespeople and that they work with the customer one on one. Yes, I did. Go ahead, where else are you going to find that....Costco? no, Target? No, Best Buy?, Heck no, Fry's?, Negative. If you want great care from the associates who take their jobs seriously, Samy's is your store.

I had a great experience at Samys in Santa Ana! The staff really knows what they are talking about and helped steer me away from spending money on things I didn't need. The salesman who helped me was polite and funny and listened to my newbie questions. I learned a lot of what I thought I knew already! I was happy to hear that the staff is made up of professional photographers who have been there and can offer advice as well as information. The guy who helped me shot for the Angels Baseball team, and the man next to him shot motorcycle racing! Ask to see their portfolio sometime.

Every day I see their advertisements in the newspaper and I am reminded of how bad they treated me and my family. When this store opened I was excited to have a huge full service photographic store nearby. I went and bought 4 Nikon cameras for my family because talking to the store manager and the Nikon representative that was there at the time I was assured there would be classes held to teach everyone I had bought the cameras for how to use them. Days later when the classes were to be held I was told they would be held at a later date. Days, weeks, months went by which I was told repeatedly that the classes would be held later. Frankly I was lied to. I don't recommend doing business with liars.
