Michael picks up our metal scraps at work. There are times when he doesn't have the money to pay for them so he says he will be back in a day or two to pay. His word is not worth anything. The last time he picked up was over two weeks ago and we are still waiting to get paid. I have called him numerous times and it is always I will try to get by today or tomorrow, and he never shows and now his mailbox is full. So if he picks up metal scraps from you, don't let him have them unless he can pay you on the spot as you might not get paid at all.

Terrible service, terrible prices, can't return phone calls. We got low balled so bad it hurts. Took almost 3 months to get payed. We gave him more then double of our previous pick up and got payed half of what we did before. Never do business with this company.

These are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered not one shred of people skills in just one phone call it was apparent that they were lowlifes and had a hillbilly mentality and it is no wonder this industry gets a bad rap with people like this representing it

Clearly the 1guy review this guy has was written by someone at the company. The guy is impossible to get in touch with, then when you finally talk to him, he gives you excuse after excuse why he can't pay you until "next week". Besides that, his prices on copper and aluminum are a lot lower than anyone else around Santa Ana. Save your time, go elsewhere.

Michael Metals gave us great service on our scrap metal. Pick up was free and we got cash the same day. It's good to deal with a company that has been in the business for so long - since 1955. They are very fair with the prices and very nice to talk to.
