very rude people especially Fernando , after calling maybe dozens of times just to get my case status which no one contacted me about since i started the case 3 years ago , after maybe an hour of trying i finally got on the phone with Fernando , he started by taking my name and some details and when he found my file he said in sarcastic way the guy your suing screwed you up haha, i was shocked for his response didn't know what to say back that was very rude from a guy who is supposed to be educated and a lawyer seriously ?? they never call back or reply to your emails, they tell you things and let you sign on different papers ,, i kinda feel they are a fraud , he told me you will get sued for all the medical bills which is thousands of dollars , but i remember very well when i signed the documents and started the case they told me if we lose the case you will not be responsible of any medical bills if we win the case we will deduct that from what you get ,,, and now he is telling me you will be sued ,, be aware people go look for a a lawyer with 5 star rating and reviews , read peoples experiences and comments it tells the truth

They will never return your calls or even bother keeping you in the loop. Probably because they dont actually do anything. They just sit back and wait for a lot of time to go by and approach the easy slam dunk cases. 2 years in and I have never even heard Gene's voice. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went in for a consultation... although the office is conveniently located, I got a feeling that Mr. Goldman is very rude and arrogrant attorney... He may be good or bad (I am not sure), but, for sure, he is not caring and rude even to his prospective clients. I wanted to someone who cares about what the clients are going through. I personally would not recommend this attorney's office to anyone.
