A coworker highly recommended this place and I finally took yp the recommendation and tried the Classic Gypsy Chili which was rather tasty. The restaurant itself has an eclectic style which certainly ties into the name. The service and atmosphere were both great.

My home away from home...Every time I come here I can feel the gypsy den give me a giant hug. Free coffee refills and wifi allow you to spend the better part of your day either hanging out inside or smokin cigs on the patio. Breakfast until 3 and the staff are always so nice and attentive. It's a seat yourself sort of place and the menus are kept in the entrance way (grab a menu and sit down) sometimes when it's busy it is best to make a little eye contact with the servers, throw in a little wave and a smile to let them know your there. No matter what you do here you can't go wrong! Viva Santa Ana ! Viva gypsy den!

Im so hungry just thinking about this place. I really love their BLT and Do some shopping. This place is about one block down from the South Coast plaza. If your looking for something good to eat. This is the place to be.

Gypsy Rice!!!

Everything I have tried at the Gypsy Den is delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful, as well. Parking is a little tricky but Santa Ana seems to be working hard to take care of that problem.
