We recently moved to our new apartment in irvine we went ashleys in santa Anna and that was an awesome experience ,Tina was so friendly and professional we end up buying everything we need it at once this is my way to say thanks ashleys furniture specially Tina who spent hours guiding us and helped to choose, what end up to the be perfect for our place thanks Tina for being professional and making my family happy ,I wish you the best and may God bless you.

I would have given it 1/2 of a star but it was not an option. The purchase process was wonderful, quick and easy, especially because I paid cash for the bed that I bought. The nightmare occurred during the delivery process. They never called me 45 minutes before arrival when they were supposed to ( as I planned on giving them specifics of where exactly to deliver). As a result, they knocked on the wrong door and decided for themselves to re-schedule the delivery. They called me after the fact. After much complaining, I managed to have my bed delivered the following day. They delivered the pieces alright, without the legs! They left unassembled pieces of the bed as well as the mattresses ( I bought a trundle) in the small bedroom that I was renting. I was told that they will return the following day with the missing parts but did not specify a time range. The next day came and went, no legs, no bed to sleep in. My mother now had to step in and after 2 frustrating calls to the warehouse, she now had to make a phone call to speak to the manager at this store (Dan). By this time, she demanded a refund of the purchase and to schedule a pick-up date and time for the furniture, due to the mishaps that happened. At first, the manager was very apologetic stating he wanted to make this right and offered a deal to my mom which she declined. He was supposed to call her back to set up a pick-up date and time. She never got a call back. After 2 days, she finally called the store to speak to the same manager, who now sounded different (unapologetic and uninterested ) on the phone. He puts my mom on hold only to be picked up by his associate (Juan) . Again, Juan promised to call back within the hour to set up a delivery date and time. No call back. Three hours later, my mom calls up only to be told that the furniture will not be picked up for another 3 days. My mom explained to them (Juan and Dan) that the pieces of the bed were taking up a lot of room in her daughter's rented bedroom and she has nowhere to sleep comfortably and to please expedite the pick-up, after all it was their mistake that prompted all this. No help, no compassion whatsoever from either of them. I guess this is how they treat unhappy paying customers who attempt to return a merchandise based on poor customer service. I wonder how long it will take to get my refund (remember i paid cash for it) back? To avoid this horrible nightmare, do not do business with Ashley furniture, most especially at the Santa Ana store.
