This review is long over due! I first originally used Frank & Garys service 3 years ago when I began applying for my first civilian sector jobs after the Marines. I got the exact job I wanted and in fact the recruiter of the small company I worked for even commented she grabbed mine from the middle of the stack because it was thicker and a beautiful color that really stood out and intrigued her. A+ guys THAT is why I came here.

Today, now 3 years of experience further I am in the market for a new job and just got out of my meeting with Frank and Gary. Again, excellent. They ask THE RIGHT QUESTIONS so you don't have to pick your brain trying to sell yourself. They are so easy to work with, thorough but not time consuming. Frank gave me a great price on what now should be a 2 page resume with my experience. I wont get into details but he knocked off a significant portion for being 1) veteran 2) returning client. Frank himself is a veteran and man there's nothing more heart warming to me than veterans helping veterans regardless of era or branch served in.

These two gentlemen produce the resume of gods. If you're serious about getting hired in a fair paying job then you need a solid resume. If not there will always be people like me who truly care about their employment and will 100% crush both your resume and your interview. Get serious, get AAA.

I spent most of 2014 looking for work after I was laid off. I was having a lot of trouble getting call backs and getting interviews based on my old resume. I decided it needed to be revamped and went into AAA Mckinstry for help. During my appointment I spoke to Frank and he highlighted what current employers were looking for in a resume. I took him up on the service and working with Gary they were able to completely makeover my resume. It had a new look and feel, but more importantly the content really captured my previous experience in a manner that I feel would make me stand out from other candidates.



After a few weeks of putting my resume out in the market I was able to get more call backs and interviews. I eventually landed my current job and part of that was definitely the resume AAA McKinstry helped me build.

They research everything , even interviewing HR reps and asking them what they are looking for. They work as a team and 3 people each work on your resume. They help me land the best job in my life with my resume.

My friend did my resume after 26 yrs. of never needing one. I was re-locating to Florida from California. So I decided to let AAA McKinstry give it a try. I sat down with Frank and he gave me so much advise and went well past my given 15 minute consultation. I see Frank is very dedicated to his profession. Afterward I sat down with Gary and he was unbelievable, with his knowledge also. These both guys were so patient with me. I had a wonderful experience with getting my resume revamped. As a college student, it is vital to have a standout resume and that's exactly what I was given. My initial call to your business was as a result of getting absolutely nowhere with online services that basically refused to meet with him to start this resume process.. I had zero luck with LOCAL services. As you can imagine red flags went up when I either got no response or told they never meet.with anyone.
