Jesus Christ! Where do they get the staff!!

If it was possible for no stars, that would be my option. This place is SO DIRTY! There are a few nice employees, but most of them are very rude. When u try to call, you stay on hold for 20 mins or longer before they answer. Then you are lucky of they don't hang up on you when they FINALLY answer. When you go in the store, it's always a mess. Most of the items look beat to hell in the boxes. When you do site to store, you might as well go in and pick the stuff off the shelves yourself. This is one of the worst businesses EVER!!!
