I have been dealing with Justin at Mobility Solutions for over 22 years. I do not know what I would do without the knowledge and care that this place has shown me. I have sent people to Justin because he really cares about you and the item you are interested in. If you want it done right, go see Justin and his people. Justin will even fix other companies mistakes. Highly recommended.

I have used Mobility Solutions for many years. I have an electric wheelchair. I transport it with a minivan with a lift in the back. This company has helped me several times with the lift which I didn't buy from them. They have adjusted it for free at times too. They get me in within a couple of days. The service people are always very nice to me. They adjusted my automatic seat in my car so that it lowered a few inches so I could get in easier since I am short. It worked perfectly and was a reasonable price for it. That was about 5 years ago and I have had no trouble at all with the work they did. They are honest and I trust them. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company like this that provides such excellent customer service. I am very appreciative of the help they have given me through the years.

Wonderfully honest. They could have taken me for over a thousand dollars, but explained the problem and suggested the $80. fix which was perfect for our needs. Our wheelchair van could kneel, but broke, and as we have a power wheelchair the kneeling feature wasn't necessary. You guys rock!
