DO NOT BE FOOLED....VERY DISAPPOINTED...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I used to take my car for oil change with them, It's more expensive but still wore their service for the convenience of location. The first time I left my car with them to fix a leak in the water pump, they kept my car for most of the day and then call me saying it would cost over $ 1,100.00 to fix the car and I had to leave the car there until the next afternoon.

As I was not expecting this amount, I told them I would have to wait a few days to get the money. I was still charged $65.00 only for the diagnostic and they did not have the consideration to put water at the pump, the guy simply said "IF YOU WAIT TO LONG WILL LOSE YOUR MOTOR".

I was extremely upset for being forced to pay for nothing and the lack of care with clients.

I decided to take the car to another mechanic. BEST DECISION EVER!! The guy took a look on the engine and gave me the same diagnosis within 05 minutes, without any charge for that only charged me $170.00 to fix the car and asked me 2 hours to do the job. YES PEOPLE $170.00 FOR THE SAME WORK THAT CB CHARGED $1,100.00. RIDICULOUS!!!

CB not only charge a ridiculous amount for labor but 3 times or more for the auto parts.

I'll never go back there and do not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service and customer care. I had an engine blow in a low mileage car. After zero help from Chrysler and the local dealer, Daniel helped me find a reasonably priced re-manufactured engine. $2000 less than the dealer and right in line with other quotes. The work was done in a timely manner, but more importantly, they kept me informed every step of the way. It is too early to know how the work will hold up, but so far everything runs great and I know they will be on top of it if something did go wrong. I have found my new car care center!
