A buddy and I chose to dine at Hydra's and it was fantastic. Menu has a variety of menu selections for those desiring to meat protein. We checked on availability of Prime Rib on a Friday evening and we were confirmed good cuts still available. I opted for the "Royal" prep and this was a sizable piece of roasted prime rib which was then quickly seasoned and seared on a hot grill to seal in juices and give it a grill flavor. It was FANTASTIC! My buddy had the traditional roasted prime rib and his was also done to perfection. Unique roasted green beans with parmesan and loaded baked potato accompanied the meal. Everything on the plate was delicious and Eric our waiter provided superb attention and an enjoyable personality and candor. Definitely going back for other menu offerings.

Great food, feels a bit dated decor wise, but very comfortable. Lots of exposed wood and private nooks. Friendly staff and large comfortable bar. A top choice in town for date night or an anniversary dinner.
