The well system installed by sweetwater is exceptional. Mark and Robin always respond promptly and back up their work 100%. We've used them for 15 years and would not use anyone else. Cannot recommend them enough!

I dealt with the company owner Mark. He gave me an estimate to put in a 100' well for $10,000 with an estimate completion of 1 month. He ended up doing a 60 foot well, took over 3 months and charged us over $27,000 once the job was complete. He took advantage that we, the owners, lived out of state. I've had other professionals inspect his work and have confirmed that we never even needed a new well and that he over charged us significantly. Now, less than 2 years later, we are having issues with the new well. I've called mark several times and he has neglected to contact us back. How is that for customer service and backing your workmanship. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Unless your asking to get ripped off.
