Discuss buying cemetery markers from other places than the ones they sell before ever buying grave sites from them, and ask for a cemetery policy up front, It was holy war getting a marker set due to buying from someone other than them , and tried to charge 25 to 50 cents a page for a cemetery rule and reg book, that they told me was 300 plus pages, called anonymously the next week and was told they didn't have a rule and reg book! , my score is actually no stars but for this you have to give them at least 1 star
