East Mountain High School educates more than 330 students. Its basic curriculum includes several subjects, such as English, math, science, fine arts and social studies. It offers various athletic activities, including baseball, softball, golf, soccer, cross-country, and track and field. East Mountain High School s library serves faculty and students with print and audiovisual materials for personal enjoyment and academic achievement. The school offers various extracurricular activities that include talent shows and activity and field trips. East Mountain High School s nursing programs provide students with clinical experience in specialty areas. It also offers a special education program for children who are identified as having developmental delays through a diagnostic evaluation. East Mountain High School is located in Sandia Park, N.M.
