Provided by YPmobileWhen I came in for my exam i waited 30 minutes before I was seen and I made an appointment. The doctor looked at me for a total of seven minutes. My vet looks at my dogs eyes better than she did mine. She was not very friendly abd I had to put multiple contacts in before finding a set that worked. I was here a total of 2 hours. I cane in a week later for a follow up abd have already been here for an hour and still have not seen the doctor. I wish I would've gone somewhere else which is why I'm posting this.

Provided by YP.comI just tried to call and cancel my appointment, The phone rang for 15 minutes before someone answered and when they did they seemed annoyed that I called. VERY RUDE. I don't know if I will ever use them again...

Provided by YP.comGot my daughter's and my exams done. They were friendly and professional. My daughter was scared but the staff was able to soothe her fears. By the end she had a smile on her face. The doctor is thorough and quick. She seems like she's been doing this for a long time and lots of experience. I'll be back next year.

Provided by YP.comI like this place! They're friendly and fast. I had to wait for a little because they were busy. But once I was seen, it took about 45mins The price wasn't bad either. I paid $278 for a yr of contacts, the exam and a prescription for glasses. The doctor was also very thorough. She checked my eye health and informed me that I might want to go to my regular doctor because it looks like I have high blood pressure. I also got to see what the back of my eye looks like! It looks like Mars. Anyway, I recommend this place because they have good service and reasonable service.

Provided by SuperpagesThis business is professional and accurate with their prescription. I had gone to another eye doctor last year but I could never see out of them. The people there weren't friendly so I decided to go somewhere else. Dr. Presley's has a nice environment and they treat their costumers well. The best part is I can see!

Provided by SuperpagesI like this eye doctor. They're through but quick. I was in and out in about a little over an hour with 13 pairs of contacts, a prescription and some contact solution. This was good, but what I really liked was about 2 wks later, my eyes were red and I called and they said to come in. They weren't rude or annoyed that I had to come back. It turns out something had gotten in the contacts and irritated it. I expected that I'd have to pay this huge hefty price but they didn't charge me since it had to do with my contacts. I'll only go to them since they treat their customers well!

Provided by SuperpagesI came in at about 5pm yesterday to make an appointment for another day but I was surprised that they were able to get me in the same day. Since they were closing soon, they allowed me to fill out the paper work while waiting for the doctor. They were definitely fast, but I wouldn't say they rushed me and made me feel bad for coming in. Quiet the opposite actually! They were nice, and the doctor was also nice and professional. She asked a couple questions, checked my eyes and I was out of the office within 30 mins. I just picked up my glasses from next door and they work great! I might have to bring the hubby in the coming weeks since he's been complaining about his eyes as well.

Provided by SuperpagesI came in to get an exam and some contacts. When I asked them for an estimate of what it would cost they told me from $208-$278. I thought that was a steep, but then she explained what that entailed. I ended up doing the exam, an eye health check, a prescription for glasses, a year supply of contacts and a starter kit for $208. Everyone seemed nice and were all helpful. The only bad thing about this place is that they don't do 6 month supply. If they did, I would've upgraded to a better brand. But apparently yr supplies are their policies.

Provided by YP.comI went to get my eyes checked for contacts and they gave me my trail pair. They tore within a couple weeks of getting them and i was busy and never could get by the office. NOw that I call to get the rest that I paid for I have to pay 36.00 to pick them up. The manager was very rude. He told me I could make excuses all day long, but I still didn't come in a week after to do my follow up. HELLO, what kind of manager says that to a customer? I will never go back. I will speak to Dr. pressley to let him know.

Provided by SuperpagesOne of my coworkers sat and broke my glasses, and when I went to Eyemart they told me the prescription was expired so I went next door to Dr. Presley. Everyone was friendly and they all seemed knowledgeable. One of the techs convinced me to try contacts and she patiently sat with me and taught me how to put them in and care for them. I think I tried for 20mins trying to put the contacts in and she never seemed aggravated and she told me it will get easier. The doctor was friendly as well, she never made me feel like I was just another patient. Nor did she try to get me in and out as fast as possible. The price wasn't bad either. The tech went through the different brands of contacts, the price and the difference between each one. It ended up being $248 for the exam, a glasses prescription, and a year supply of contacts. Not bad! I will recommend this place to all my coworkers!

Provided by SuperpagesWe have used this place a few times over the past few years but will never use them again. If you do choose to use them, do not go within 2 hours of closing time. They rush through the exams and treat you like you are in their way as they are trying to close the office for the end of the day. I was told I HAD to pay my full portion for the contact lenses even though I wasn't sure I wanted them. When I decided to stay with glasses, they deducted $95 from what I had paid to cover their "Fitting Fee". What fitting??? I was just handed the contact lenses, without any type of assistance or discussion, I put them in, was handed a bottle of solution and told to wait again. The doctor quickly looked at my eyes, asked which line I could read, then walked me to the door saying she would check them next week (I missed that appointment). The office manager has zero personality for dealing with people and I would have to say the same for the doctor that was there.
