I called American Gate because I had a major malfunction with my rolling gate. Dan was so patient with me walking me thru all the steps over the phone. I am a 70-year-old woman who freaks out when I look at a motherboard with blinking lights and multiple switches. However, Dan was confident I could master the steps required to get my system operational. They will be coming down a week later to install a safety feature what was omitted in the initial install. I would recommend this company for all your out of town needs. I live at least 75+ miles from their service center. In a very small town that has NO technical service of any type. Have to rely on many out-of-town technicians.

Close, available last minute, took care of an urgent situation then showed up the next morning to do the permanent fix in a timely manner. The Staff are EXTREMELY pleasant, this company is fantastic! I am so glad I found them. I work in construction and the gate at our construction yard is always breaking and the company the HOA uses takes a few days to come out. American Gate Automation was on it! and I appreciate it. Great Team Work!
