This is what I sent the CEO: I wanted to tell you about the great, friendly treatment I received today at your shop in San Ramon. The two men working there were SO sweet and kind - I got a bunch of coupons to put up here at work and I'm definitely spreading the word about the great, quick service I received today and will enter a review in http://Yelp.com and http://YP.com! Also, the shop was clean and fans were going to help cool off the bay. I didn't get the two guys' names, but I was there at around 1:15p.m. on June 14. I also appreciated the information I received a few weeks back when I called in to find out if I needed the appointment; since I was going to go during my lunch break I needed to make it as quick as possible. The guy told me to call when I wanted to come in and he'd tell me if it was a good time, and that's what I did today - one car was on the way out so I headed over there and had no wait time at all. The price was right too, with my AAA discount. Thanks to them for making this quick and painless!!!!!!

I needed a smog desperately on an older pickup as my water pump went out in my other vehicle. It had been a rough week and I was desperately searching out the best prices. Steve the owner quoted me a great price over the phone(half of what the others in town were), but it didn't include the cost of an additional test needed. But when I got there he HONORED his quote! That is rare to find in this day and age and was so needed in my life I almost cried! His employees are great also! They are a little hard to find as they sit in the back of a narrow drive that they share with quality tune up and another auto shop. It is worth the look though. Honesty and caring are hard to find these days!
