My experience with this has been until the last couple of times we brought our cars in.....since ,it's been HORRIBLE!avoid spending your mone there.....we have been overcharged , told that we need to have things worked that was unnecessary,very poor quality of service (customer & automotive) , a couple of weeks ago.left my car for an oil change,tire rotation,& a noisy belt......took 3 days to get it back........minus a wheel cap , a broken off dipstick,& overcooked with oil! Nobody mentioned it to me....I found it when my car starts leaking oil all over the engine! It's been a week and they cleaned off the oil but could find the leak,& they told me they couldn't locate a replacement dipstick......(took me 15 min. Online and I found one ) so I called them & told then where to look . They had the audacity to ask me me to go by it and they would reimburse me!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I'M NEVER GOING TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE EXCEPT TO PICK UP MY NEW DIPSTICK!!!!!! Very poor business practices & customer service , not to mention poor attention to work they perform....ITS ALL ABOUT THE BUCK. avoid them if your smart...

I took my car into this for a possible brake service.

First they offer me a "free" brake inspection then when i bring the car in they inform the "free" brake inspection is actually $57.50 whcich would then be deducted from the final bill if the work is done there. The shop owner was nice enough to waive this fee when i questioned the charge. So i let them do the inspection.

I get my car back and now the car has has a light vibration and a severe pull to the right which it did not have before i brought it to this place. I inform them of this and the shop owner is nice enought to offer me services to repair the problem such as alignment and rebalancing of the tires at a reduced rate.

In other words in order to fix the problems the car DID NOT have before i brought it here it would cost me around $200 .

And by the way i would swear in a court of law that my car DID NOT have thse problems before i brought it here.
