worst service ever

I was a Saturday night and there was a full house. I understand things will take time it took 20 minutes before someone took our order and over an hour before our food was ready. I had an emergency and had the waiter pack our food to go which took even longer. Getting home I see that all the sauces were not included and my naan was missing. I called the restaurant and no one answered the phone. I am just disappointed I have been going to this restaurant for 6 years and never have I been treated this way.
