Brian O'Neill has been my "go-to" computer specialist for years, and I can honestly say he is the best! He has an uncanny way of honing in on a problem, and there has never been a time that he hasn't been able to remedy a difficulty.



If you are looking for someone who will manage your computer in a professional manner and who will care for it in the way the cares for his own, go to Brian. You will not be sorry that you did! 5+++++ stars for Brian!

Brian has been a terrific help to me. I'm quadriplegic and have an extremely difficult time getting my PC to him for repairs. He has always been kind enough to come and pick it up when necessary or, if possible, work on it for me right here at home. I've used his services for many, many years and have always been completely satisfied with his knowledge, promptness and willingness to lend a hand regardless of the nature of the problem. I spend from 10 to 12 hours a day on my computer and without it I'd be forced to spend most of my waking time watching TV (which I wouldn't wish on anyone). Brian is very well aware of how much I need access to my major form of business and recreation and has always made sure that he kept it for only as long as it was absolutely necessary to effect whatever solution was necessary. If there were six stars in the rating system he would certainly deserve them!

I first used the services of Problem Solvers (Brian O’Neill) back when my computer was struck by the gaobot virus or worm in 2003 or 2004. Brian quickly and efficiently removed the virus, along with a spider that had installed itself on my computer and that was re-directing my searches.



Along with his standard service of cleaning up my computer, Brian also installed a free anti-spyware program and gave me some very helpful advice on how to keep my computer safe and virus free. That’s just part of his standard service.



He completely refurbished a laptop for a friend of mine and even provided impromptu and ad hoc support services along the way for her. Brian is a very experienced computer pro who provides efficient, low-key services all for a very reasonable price. I His prices are fair and he provides extremely quick turn around service. Ideal for the small business owner. You simply cannot go wrong using Brian O’Neill for your computer problems.

They fixed my computers 2 times.

About 4 years ago I had a bad memory chip. Along with that fix my PC had lots of junk programs that were cleaned up.

Last week another desktop had a bad power supply. After fixing that he recommended more memory. Then he cleaned out my old junk programs but the ethernet card went bad. Rather than spend more money, he traded in my old desktop on a great used Laptop and transferred my programs and files. Wonderful support and inexpensive.



I recommend this service to everyone.
