I had several procedures scheduled at t he San Luis office and got a call from a front office worker who only gave the name "Hidi" and said she was calling to tell me sje was cancelling all of my scheduled appointments because she claimed my insurance wasn't active she was trying to "run my insurance " even though my next appointment wasn't until next week and when I tried asking her to give me a chance to figure out what she was referring to with my insurance and explained that I would have it straightened out before my appointment she raised her voice and began talking over me and said "I'm cancelling your appointment" and then hung up on me!! That was the most rude unprofessional person I have ever come in comtact with in a medical office much less an office that services people who are in unbearable pain waiting for an appointment that is supposed to help relieve some of the pain! Nice way to treat the people who keep you in business!!!
