I just wanted to say that I'm the luckiest business owner alive! The receptionist at the front counter is ALWAYS rude on the phone and in person!! If you are not in your early 20's she makes you feel old. I can quote " My mom has hair and skin like yours" I am only 40 and that was very rude !!! I will never go back.

I apologize to you from our entire staff. We had a, well, for lack of a better term "Jekyll & Hyde" receptionist who single handedly sabotaged our front desk staff and more importantly our clientele, like yourself. Of course she is gone now but the aftermath still remains. I have been in business for over 20 years and am still learning the hard way. I will never again let someone like her work anywhere near our establishment. Please accept my apologies and know that if it weren't for people like you we would never know what is going on behind our backs.
