This is the first time I book Thang Long Travel's east coast tour of the United States and Canada. This is an interesting trip with the tour guide - Winny. She was very happy and enthusiastic about the 9-day tour. We have gained useful knowledge about the places and the history of the places that went. We especially thank the bus driver - Mark and the tour guide for giving me a safe and enjoyable trip.

Thăng Long travel is disloyalty company. The owner is Wenny who is tour guide also
On August 6 to 13, 2016. I went to East coast and Canada with Thăng Long travel. They took over 2/3 cash. Some person paid credit card. Thăng Long travel used one credit of customer bought air tickets for someone else not same family that did not ask the credit card's owner. That one like steal credit card's information.They skip many places no reason. Post free Lobster Buffet, but we have McDonal'd sandwich instead for Lobster Buffer. 2 Sandwich for $5.00. 1 customer have 1 Sandwich, some a couple just have one sandwich. Wenny was rude when a older couple ask one more sandwich. Wenny said: Do you want one more again?
Wenny did not ask customers what they want to eat. She ran too fast and order sandwiches and gave to us.
Wenny has lacked adequate language skills, having a really limited vocabulary and mispronunciation of words. She doesn't know how to communicate with people.
The worst company travel

This is good business. My mom , me and two kids usually travel with them. Wenny tour guide is so nice. We go with some travel before and now we only go with Thang Long. The trip to East Coast and Canada tour guide work so hard and we have nice trip in there. My son is so nauty and fun in tour.

My family is very disappointed with the customer service from this company.Tour guides Phuong Tran (Wenny Tran) and Son Tram are extremely rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, unqualified, disorganized, misleading, breaching of contract. Hotels and foods are subpar. Deposit are non-refundable under any circumstances. Required a large amount of payment in cash (more than 2/3), over charged my credit card than the amount in contract. I made my deposit almost 2 months in advance but my family flight tickets have no assigned seats numbers. I never ever have to sleep on a cot at a hotel before until i went on this tour (APA Hotel in New Jersey). Long waiting at the airports. Not allowed to use toilet on the bus, had to hold for as long as 2-3.5 hours, plus long line at the restrooms and if you are the last one to get off the bus you get less time to take pictures or rest (worse you get called out on the mike if you get caught using the toilet on the bus by dictator Wenny Tran, so humiliated).

I let my mom travel with this company. She loves it. Tourguide is friendly and help my mom so much ! She makes fun for everybody. Thanks for bring my mom travel somewhere. I"m so busy to do that for my mom .

One of the worst traveling experience I've ever had. I don't recommend booking a vacation through thang long travel. I came on this trip with my mom and sister. One of the tour guides did not do a great job in customer satisfaction at all. I was not pleased. The tour guide named Wenny had lacked adequate language skills, having a really limited vocabulary, and mispronunciation of words. She was very rude to my sister and she doesn't know how to communicate with people in a professional manner. My sister kindly asked a question about how we will get the tickets when we will fly to Florida and she just gave her the dirtiest look and didn't answer her question. Before going on this trip they took 2/3 of money in cash. Arrived at hotel and made us wait 3 hours till we got into rooms because Wenny made us wait for the other people on the tour who had different flight. She couldve put us all on the same flight. She shouldnt have made us wait and jus gave the key to people who got here 1st
