Today I went to inquire about returning or exchanging a pair of pants I bought.

When I talked to the person at the register, he directed me to a belligerent, insincere, sarcastic employee Nicholas at front desk. If it was my store and I was not going to allow the customer to return/exchange the pants, I would of apologized and told them the store policy kindly. Not a cheap store. Don't plan on coming back after being treated poorly.

Poor service and return policy.
