Call it dedication or commitment, I must say, I commend San Jose Elite Locksmith for going out of their way to help me. My home was located at a remote corner of San Jose, CA, perhaps that’s what made it a soft target for burglars. After the break-in, there was some serious damage that needed to be fixed but there wasn’t anyone willing to go the distance and help me out – no one except for San Jose Elite Locksmith! I found their details online Thanks for being there for me. I owe you guys! I’ve even scheduled a full security revamp the next week, to ensure there’s no break-in at my property ever again. Undeniably the best in San Jose, CA! As was the norm with most locksmiths, I expected San Jose Elite Locksmith to take just as many hours to get there but I was in for a pleasant shock, when I found them at my doorstep within twenty minutes. The entry door had gone off track. Eric worked his magic and managed to fix the issue in no time. San Jose Elite Locksmith is definitely my go-to locksmith from here on!

I asked San Jose Elite Locksmith to come over the weekend so that my routine business was unaffected. They instantly agreed! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, Im 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing.

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, theyd probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not San Jose Elite Locksmith. Despite John from San Jose Elite Locksmith insisting that theyd come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didnt fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions Id provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one but they didnt! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door!They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price theyd quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why wont I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths Ive ever come across. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, GREAT PRICES and FAAAAAAST!!!! Can not say enough nice things about Dave and his company. Called today to have a keyed doorknob installed on my bedroom door and an hour later Scott was at my Stuy Town apartment and 15 minutes later my new lock was installed. So professional and courteous, Scott really made me feel comfortable when he showed up and he was FAST! I called 5 other locksmiths who all wanted upwards of $170 to install the lock and Dave did it for $79!!!! Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets.To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome!You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. San Jose Elite Locksmith is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a San Jose, CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended! San Jose Elite Locksmith is the company to call to.

San Jose Elite Locksmith are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. Trust me when I say you need to call him if you are ever in a jam!!!!!!.

I used this Locksmith Company several times in my last apartment that had a tricky lock. He was always quick to arrive and break us in. He knows the mechanics of locks and doors very well, and is the most honest, fairly-priced person around. The experience has been so positive, I used San Jose Elite Locksmith to change all of the locks for my new business and replace a door. They was always there for me at any time 24 hours a day. Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by San Jose Elite Locksmith , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock.
