I have been to Motif several times. The staff is so nice and helpful. The cost is very affordable. "NiNi" is awesome. She is attentive to your needs and gives good pressure release to those troubled areas. I am leaving San Jose soon and will miss her. Gave the name to several friends.

Motif has thought of everything from soft music, soft lighting and comfort to classy spa ambiance. Very relaxing. They are open to customer suggestions and very accomodating. The cost is very affordable for any budget. $20 for a full 1 hour head to foot massage. $12 for a 30 min foot massage. You can even buy a discount card! (buy 5 get the 6th free!)



Motif spa is a wonderful massage retreat for individuals or groups. I went one day by myself, loved it so much, I brought 5 family members and then had a weekend date night with my hubby there.



Even someone who isn't comfortable with strangers touching can be at ease in this atmostphere. The massage therapists are adept at finding all the knots and kinks in your shoulders, back, arms, legs, feet and hands. At the end you are even offered light refreshments.



Even the details of an elegant bathroom with items to refresh yourself after your massage are a nice touch.

I love massages. I've had many. David at Motif is one of the best "clothes on" massage therapists I've ever had!



These "clothes on" places are usually hidden in strip malls in busy parts of cities, have Christmas lights in the windows along with posters in languages I can't understand. And they're called silly names like "Happy Foot" or "WOW Feet." Sometimes it just says "Reflexology" or "Foot Massage" on the sign. They offer great massages, too, but this place is closer to my home in Almaden. AND this place is classy and smart (as the name implies - clever name, as the repeating theme is inexpensive relaxation. It's beautiful inside, with a water feature in one corner, a well-thought out music play-list, and attention to detail.
