I was very Happy with Re Soled Red Wings shoes,so happy with the work and price,I'm taking in a 2nd pair,to have Re Soled

I took my boots to have the heals repaired, after few days I went back to collect them, I noticed a rip on the side on both sides...I was amazed, I asked the owner, how come this happened??? he said it was like that...I said It was NOT like that...he kept arguing..I asked him to show me the machine that he used to put the heals on. He refused...and started to argue and be nasty with me..I told him is this yopur customer service???.It is a shame to do busness with such a persom...it was my first time and the last time to go there...be careful.
